(ii) For general public: General application to the concerned Deputy Conservator of Forests/Assistant Conservator of Forests.
4 Eligibility for the facility : For bona-fide purpose only.
5 To whom the application to be submitted? : Depends on the requirement as shown in Sanctioning authority.
6 Sanctioning Authority : 1. Deputy Conservator of Forests can sanction 3 Kg.

2. Conservator of forests can sanction 10 Kg.

3. Chief Conservator of Forests can sanction 20 Kg.

4. Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Forest Resource Management) can sanction 20 Kg.

5. Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HOFF) is having full powers.
