Ex-gratia for the loss of human life from wild animals

2	Prescribed format	:	General application may be submitted.
3	Mode of Application	:	The application should be submitted along with the details of death, postmortem report and successor’s certificate. No fee is prescribed for the request of compensation.
4	Eligibility for the facility	:	The man died from the wildlife should not be involved in any illegal activities and if it is proved in postmortem report that the man is died due to havoc of wild animal, he is eligible for getting compensation.
5	To whom the application to be submitted?	:	Submitted to concerned Range Forest Officer.
6	Sanctioning Authority	:	The Concerned Deputy Conservator of Forests/Assistant conservator of Forests holding independent charge.
7	Compensation amount	:	Maximum of Rs. 2.00 lakh (Rs Two Lakh only)
