3 Mode of Application : R.T.C. should be enclosed along with the details of harvest destruction.No fee.
4 Eligibility for the facility : The facility is given only if the crop damage is caused by the wild animals.
5 To whom the application to be submitted? : Submitted to concerned Range Forest Officer.
6 Sanctioning Authority : Concerned Deputy Conservator of Forests /Assistant conservator of Forests holding independent charge.

If the valuation of the damage is between Rs. 5,801 and Rs. 29,000

Rs. 17,500/-+ 30% of the difference between the damage and Rs. 29,000/-

Rs. 45,000/- for single incident


Condition:- No Ex-gratia will be paid for the crop damages caused by wild animals in cases of crops raised in encroached forest lands.
